We have SoFi Invest with four different asset classes that you can buy. We have SoFi Money account, which is similar to a checking savings account in one. So we have all those products now we have four types of loans. And it also requires us to have information to personalize opportunities for them in those big moments, as well as the days in between. That actually requires us to have all those products easily accessible on one mobile platform. So we want to be there for every one of the major financial decisions in their lives and all the days in between. And to be there for every one of the major financial decisions in their lives, not just the ones we can make money on and not just the ones that may be, in favor at that time. As we to go to market with that strategy, our goal is to have a lifetime relationship with them. And that's what they have to improve in order to get to this point that they have enough money to do what they want. In order for us to help them get their money right, we have to help them borrow better, save better, protect better, invest better, and spend better.Īnd we use those verbs instead of products, because that's what they actually do with their money. And that's what we call financial independence. And our goal is to help them get their money right so they reach the point that they have enough of it to realize their ambitions. What is the consumer hiring us to do at SoFi? And they're hiring us to help them get their money right. We don't refer to it as value proposition. The first thing is, we focus on what's the value proposition that we're trying to build for an individual consumer to become a member.

I like to answer this question with the framework that we use and then we can dive down into any individual product or holistically as you may have questions. Does it differ at all by the type of product that you're looking to have your members engage with you on? Or is it by their type of member that you're going after? Maybe give us a sense as to how you're generating new members? Thanks. It's one of the most often asked questions we get, and maybe you can give us a sense as to how you approach that. The question I have here as an opener really is to ask you, if you could describe your go-to-market strategy for generating new members.
